Breakfast
Help yourself to a selection of seasonal fruit, creamy Greek yoghurt, cereals and our freshest selection from the bakery whilst our chef prepares a hot breakfast of your choice.

Morning Tea
Handmade Patisseries, cream cakes and tartlets served with freshly ground coffee or tea

Lunch
A selection of the freshest cold seafood including Tasmanian oysters, blue swimmer crabs, lobsters, prawns, Moreton Bay bugs and mud crabs, followed by barbequed ribs, lamb cutlets and gourmet sausages served with the chefŐs signature dressing and a selection of delicious salads with warm crusty bread. Lunch will be finished with a selection of refreshing sorbets and your choice of tea or coffee.

Afternoon Tea
A selection of Canapes or Chinese spoons including:

  • Sashimi of beef wagyu, mustard seeds and chilli oil on chicory leaves
  • Fresh fig, buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil and crouton
  • Peaches and gorgonzola, wrapped in prosciutto and served with a sweet and sour dipping sauce
  • Smoked salmon and watercress rolls served with dill mayonnaise
  • Individual cheese selection served with pear paste and sour dough rye
